Decobbler does not charge any additional fees for processing payments. However, depending on your bank or card issuer, you may incur currency conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are charged externally, and Decobbler is not responsible for any such charges.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Decobbler. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please note that custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to offer one free replacement per order. Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Return and Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within one day of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already entered fulfillment, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.
