At Decobbler, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following terms to understand how and when cancellations can be made.
How to Cancel Your Order:
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@decobbler.com
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Cancellation Window:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
Restocking or Cancellation Fees:

If your cancellation request is made after 24 hours or after production has started, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:

If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, we will issue a full refund (minus any applicable fees) to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
